Description
The Semi Auto Box Blade Binding Machine model SEBB-80 which has been specifically studied for binding the Blade into the carton box of Household foil/ Cling Film. It continue Feeding Material to Hydraulic Saw Cutting Mould and together Binding with Paper box. Manual put paper box sheet into the mould, after binding take out and put another paper box sheet. Press by Foot Switch.
The Production Process
1.Loading Mother Roll of Saw Blade into Decoiler.
2.Feed material to Saw Blade Cutting Mould.
3.Setup feeding length in touch screen.
4.Adjust the hand put paper box position and fixed.
5.Manual put paper box to the position and push Foot switch to Bind blade with paper.
6.Take out paper sheet after binding and put another new paper sheet.
